This brand-new condo is just one block from the beach, the main square, the scenic malecón boardwalk, shops and supermarkets—everything you need is right at your doorstep.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s room for everyone: one king bed, one queen bed, and two split kings that can be arranged as twins. Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on two private balconies overlooking the peaceful mangroves.
We’ve got your beach days covered—chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon are all provided, plus two bicycles for exploring the town. The small, friendly building features a shared rooftop with panoramic ocean and mangrove views, a sparkling pool, loungers, games, seating, and a grill/kitchen area perfect for sunset BBQs.
